My name is Pam, I'm in the perimenopause stage and I was diagnosed with inattentive ADHD at 43. I am an NLP Practitioner, Accredited Life Coach, Accredited Holistic Modality Coach, and a trained Menopause Expert Group Champion. I am passionate about empowering women to reclaim control over their bodies, minds, and overall well-being during menopause. With my expertise in holistic modalities, NLP techniques, and menopause management, I am committed to guiding you through this transformative phase, offering unwavering support, and helping you discover your inner strength and resilience.

Through personalised coaching sessions, I will work closely with you to understand your unique experiences, concerns, and goals.
